The attorney will represent clients from initial litigation through settlement or verdict, draft pleadings and motions, conduct depositions, and participate in mediations, hearings, and trials while collaborating with paralegals to ensure thorough case preparation.

Qualifications

Active Georgia Bar in good standing.
Ideally 1+ years of litigation/trial experience in personal injury or related areas, willing to train those with less experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong courtroom skills.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in personal injury matters from initial litigation through settlement or verdict.
Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and legal memoranda.
Conduct and defend depositions.
Handle mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings, including jury selection, opening/closing statements, and examinations.
Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff to ensure thorough case preparation.
