Job summary

The Hilton Fairfax in Northern Virginia's Fair Lakes neighborhood is seeking an experienced Mixologist/Bartender to join our restaurant team. • Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
• Basic English writing skills for requisitions and vouchers.
• Ability to operate beverage equipment and promote menu items.
