Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead and coordinate a crew installing process equipment and piping systems on industrial projects across data centers, semiconductor, and water/wastewater facilities. You will direct field operations, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget, under the supervision of the site management team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical piping and process equipment installation experience.
• Foreman or lead experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, isometrics, P&IDs.
• Strong leadership to direct and motivate a crew.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks.
• Work is performed on industrial construction sites, indoors and outdoors.
• Overtime and irregular hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of pipe fitters, welders, and helpers.
• Plan sequencing and manpower from blueprints and P&IDs for piping and equipment installation.
• Oversee pipe fitting, welding, and installation methods ensuring quality and compliance.
• Coordinate equipment receiving, alignment, and startup activities with other trades.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure PPE compliance.
• Track crew hours and productivity, addressing issues to protect schedule.
