Civic Park Maintenance, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to upkeep a multi-family apartment community, handling preventative maintenance, repairs, and on-call tasks with a strong focus on resident satisfaction.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems, perform turns, and keep accurate work records while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• EPA Certification (Universal or Type II) preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work indoor/outdoor in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform apartment turns, including repairs, painting, and punch-out work.

• Conduct preventative maintenance on community equipment and common areas.
