LoveFreedom Solution is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with 9+ years of defense litigation experience to independently manage complex construction and NY Labor Law cases. The role requires handling high-value matters with minimal supervision in a collegial firm environment.

You will manage a full caseload, conduct and defend depositions, try cases, and collaborate with partners on strategy while mentoring junior attorneys for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of defense litigation experience (7+ with strong construction law background)
• Demonstrated New York Labor Law / construction site accident litigation experience - absolute must-have
• Trial experience and ability to independently handle high-value cases

Responsabilités

• Manage a full caseload of construction litigation and NY Labor Law cases from inception through resolution
• Conduct and defend depositions as core daily work
• Try cases and represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Collaborate with partners on trial prep, legal strategy, and client communication
• Mentor junior attorneys as the firm invests in younger talent
