Qualifications

• 5-7 years cooking experience in upscale, high-volume hotel or freestanding restaurant.
• Culinary degree or equivalent formal training preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Food Service Sanitation Standards.
• Strong organizational and guest service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• English communication with team members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Food Service Sanitation Standards.
• Prepare and cook menu items following standardized recipes.
• Lead in the kitchen in absence of supervisor.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
