Qualifications

• 5+ years operating heavy equipment in site development.
• Ability to operate safely and efficiently per company policies.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Willingness to pass background and drug screen.
• US work citizenship or CT work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers, excavators, payloaders, loaders, and related machinery.
• Follow maintenance guidelines and perform daily inspections.
• Work safely in busy construction environments.
• Maintain equipment in good condition and report issues.
• Operate year-round in various weather and ground conditions.
