Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join Loenbro South in Afton, TX. The role requires operating track hoe, skid steer, and telehandler across various construction projects, with responsibilities including site prep, routine maintenance, safety compliance, and daily reporting.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, and based in Afton, TX, with standard construction-site conditions and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• PEC certificate holders preferred.
• 3+ years of operating heavy equipment experience required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Perform light maintenance on equipment as required to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Submit daily reports detailing equipment status, work progress, and any issues encountered.
• Operate a diverse range of heavy equipment to support project needs and ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
