Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our Andrews, TX team. The role involves operating track hoes, skid steers, and telehandlers across a variety of construction projects, preparing sites, and performing basic maintenance to keep equipment in top condition.

The position requires at least 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment, a high school diploma or GED, and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• PEC certificate holders preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required. 3+ years of operating heavy equipment experience required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Perform light maintenance on equipment as required to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Submit daily reports detailing equipment status, work progress, and any issues encountered.
• Operate a diverse range of heavy equipment to support project needs and ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
