Job summary

Landmark Aquatic is seeking a General Laborer-Construction to support site tasks and heavy equipment operations. The role requires at least one year of construction experience, ability to travel regularly, and a valid driver’s license.

You will use hand and power tools, assist with layout and concrete placement, and contribute to safe, efficient site operations. The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety protocols, and being physically capable of demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE one (1) year of construction experience.
• Must be able to regularly travel and work out of town.
• Must be able to utilize air transportation.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Prompt and punctual attendance at the shop or job site is required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods, lifting up to 80 lbs).
• Pass background and drug screening; drug tests may be required.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety rules.
• Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site layout, measurement, excavation, plumbing, backfilling, forming, steel tying, concrete placement, rigging, and installation.
• Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.
• Safely operate a variety of tools, including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, and various hand tools
• Safely operate heavy equipment
• Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures (e.g., scaffolding)
• Follow all safety regulations and ensure proper PPE is worn.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
