FirstCall Mechanical is actively seeking a seasoned Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Lawrenceville team. You will diagnose, repair, and service commercial HVAC systems, including 15-ton+ units, with a focus on delivering reliable, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose causes of problems and/or failures in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and related equipment to identify repair or replacement needs.
• Perform maintenance/repairs, install new units, or replace parts per specifications for 15+ ton systems.
• Maintain larger PM contracts and service smaller RTUs/minisplits as applicable.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and account managers; deliver elite customer service.
