Job summary

Branch Civil is seeking an experienced Bulldozer Operator to join its Civil Division. The role involves operating a bulldozer to excavate, level, and distribute earth, and to push trees and rocks.

The operator attaches and adjusts equipment, follows grade markings, and stays compliant with safety standards on a 40+ hour workweek. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of bulldozer experience, a solid understanding of construction techniques, and working knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of bulldozer operating experience.
• Knowledge of construction techniques.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Fastens attachments to tractor and checks hydraulic connections.
• Operates controls to maneuver bulldozer and attachments to a grade per stakes.
• Monitors engine sounds and depth indicators to estimate cut depth.
• Maintains safety practices and adheres to written procedures.
