Responsibilities include managing bar stock, maintaining cleanliness, handling orders and transactions, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in beverage preparation according to recipes and standards.
• Stock and maintain bar supplies (alcohol, glassware, ice, etc.).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Efficiently manage a full bar top and orders from cocktail stations and dining area.
• Safe handling of liquids and cleaning agents; use of bar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds guests' expectations.
• Welcome guests warmly to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Manage bar inventory and reconcile the cash drawer accurately.
• Clean and sanitize glassware and bar equipment.
• Recognize signs of intoxication and consult management as needed.
• Record orders, handle transactions, ensure sales are counted according to policy.
• Answer questions about the menu and promotions with knowledge.
• Follow health and safety regulations and complete required training.
• Foster a cooperative team environment and assist as needed.
