Job summary

Levy Restaurants in Memphis is seeking a Premium Bartender to deliver cocktails with excellent guest interaction during concerts and basketball games. You will greet guests, answer questions, recommend menu items, and manage stock while maintaining a clean bar area.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years experience in a fast-paced setting, strong English communication, and the ability to serve only guests of legal drinking age. TABC certification is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar bar setting.
• Outgoing personality with ability to interact with high-profile guests.
• English proficiency and problem-solving with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions and recommend menu items.
• Serve cocktails to guests and verify legal drinking age.
• Requisition stock and keep bar area clean and stocked.
• Use POS and credit card machines for fast service.
• Complete sanitation worksheets and logs as required.
• Recount stock and enter end counts into POS.
• Report earned tips in the time clock.
