Job summary

Bog & Barley in Memphis is seeking skilled bartenders to join our service-focused team. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and committed to delivering a high-quality experience for every patron.

You'll provide beverage service, learn the full restaurant menu to guide recommendations, help with bar setup and side work, and may step in as Manager on Duty. Compensation starts at $7.50 per hour plus tips with full-time and part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year bartender experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proficient with Toast or similar POS system.
• Thorough knowledge of wine, beer, and classic cocktails.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent beverage service and support restaurant operations.
• Attend bar patrons in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner; serve drinks.
• Learn the full restaurant menu to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Assist with setting up the restaurant and complete side work; may act as Manager on Duty.
