Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a bartender (3–5 years).
• Ability to keep track of guest orders.
• Ability to monitor the overall experience of each table.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Maricopa County Food Handler Card required.
• Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute the Genuine Concepts Steps of Service.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Check guest identifications and confirm legal drinking eligibility.
• Restock stations before and after service.
• Stay guest-focused and deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
