Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, pour beer and wine, and craft non-alcoholic drinks with consistency.
• Take orders accurately, enter them into the POS system, and coordinate with bar and kitchen staff.
• Maintain strong understanding of food, cocktails, wine, beer, and allergens.
• Process payments accurately and follow all cash-out procedures.
• Keep bar, service stations, and dining areas clean and follow health guidelines.
• Work closely with servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Recommend specials, feature cocktails, and add-ons to enhance the guest experience.
