Qualifications

• Bartending training and TIPS certification.
• 6 months bartending experience minimum.
• Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines and policies.
• Provide cordial, efficient and professional guest service to ensure satisfaction.
• Ring guest checks, process cash and credit transactions per company policies.
• Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
• Know and comply with state liquor laws.
• Maintain established pars for beverage stock and supplies.
• Perform all sidework duties according to schedules.
