Job summary

This position requires 3 years bartending experience, knowledge of cocktail recipes, liquor regs, and good math for cash handling. Must be 21+, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for POS and cash handling.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar setup and stocking of beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Prepare and serve drinks following standard recipes and portion controls.
• Greet guests, take orders, record charges, and balance cash/credit transactions.
• Input orders into POS, create checks, and ensure accurate voucher processing.
• Lock up and secure all beverages, equipment, and cash deposits.
• Keep bar clean and presentable and maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
