Job summary

Eurest USA, located in Wayzata, MN, is hiring full-time baristas to craft coffee and espresso beverages and serve guests in a fast-paced environment. You will follow HACCP guidelines and interact with customers in a friendly, courteous manner.

This role requires at least 2 years of barista experience and a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–3:00 pm). Internal referrals are encouraged, and pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of barista experience.
• Full-time schedule.
• Prior experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and proper serving temperatures per HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
