Job summary

Eurest USA is hiring a full-time barista at the Northwestern Mutual location in Franklin, WI. Roles include making coffee and related items, handling orders, and providing friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:00 pm, with every other Friday off. Training is available if needed. Benefit opportunities and a referral bonus are noted by Eurest.

Qualifications

• Barista experience preferred, but willing to train.
• Customer service oriented with friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related items.
• Enters orders accurately into POS; handles cash and card payments.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of service area per HACCP standards.
• Ensures proper serving temperatures and portion control.
• Greets customers and assists in buying decisions when appropriate.
• Merchandises display foods attractively and keeps area organized.
