Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in a part-time role to support peak store periods and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will help drive sales, maintain product flow, and create a welcoming, easy-to-shop environment for customers.

You’ll also build client relationships, participate in inventory tasks, and represent the ALO brand across Retail, Yoga and Café initiatives. The position emphasizes flexibility with hours during the holiday season, a collaborative team environment,

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment (preferred).
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Self-motivated with drive to excel individually and with a team.
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement throughout the store and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support store goals during peak periods with exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive sales by leading initiatives and maintaining product flow and visual merchandising.
• Engage customers to create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build ongoing relationships with clients and leverage leadership insights to improve results.
• Review reports with leadership to identify growth opportunities and craft action plans.
• Ensure proper store coverage and execute selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on the ALO product, community, and culture.
• Maintain daily schedules with leadership to execute business strategies.
• Assist with shipments and replenishment to keep product flow smooth.
