Responsibilities

• Impact the business and store environment in a positive manner aligned with store leadership and company goals
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment
• Build client relationships daily with our customers
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results and highlight growth opportunities
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives
• Educate guests on product, community and culture and explain the ALO business model
• Maintain daily schedule prioritizing best business strategy with leadership
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow and replenishment
