Job summary

ALO Kendall, FL seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales by applying product expertise and personalized service across Retail, Yoga, and Café.

You will engage customers, meet store goals, and support inventory and floor coverage while working up to 20 hours per week during the Blackout period from Thanksgiving week through the end of January.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; stand/move for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Impacts the business and store environment in a positive manner aligning with goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimize productivity.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on store goals, initiatives, launches, and policies.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through testimony.
• Utilize incentives and strategies to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Educate guests on product, community and culture.
• Manage schedule with leadership to prioritize business strategy.
• Assist in processing shipment and maintain product flow and replenishment.
• Maintain front/back of house procedures per policy.
