Job summary

ALO in New York, NY seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to support peak periods with exceptional guest experiences and authentic Brand Mission engagement. The role emphasizes product knowledge, relationship-building, and contributing to a high-performing team.

Part-Time, non-exempt; up to 20 hours per week, including Blackout period during the holiday season. Perks include generous employee discount, clothing allowance, monthly incentives, and wellness club access.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-centric, sales-focused environments.
• Ability to stand/move for long periods and perform varied tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Impacts the business and store environment in a positive manner aligning with store leadership and company goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
• Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers.
• In partnership with leadership team, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support achieving action plans focusing on deficient areas and highlight growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through development of workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on store goals, initiatives, product launches and guest-facing programs on the floor.
• Confidently introduce all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through personal testimony and knowledge.
• Leverage company tools, incentives, and strategies to support meeting store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly & effectively ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Educates guests and staff on our product, community and culture.
