Job summary

Gunstock Mountain Resort is seeking an Employee Shuttle Coordinator for the winter season. This full-time, seasonal role schedules and coordinates daily shuttle service for staff between housing, the worksite, and approved destinations. A CDL-B is not required.

You will collaborate with the HR team to ensure safe, reliable transport, conduct pre-trip checks, monitor weather and trail conditions, and help train shuttle drivers. This frontline role supports a smooth winter operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using scheduling apps, messaging tools, GPS.
• Friendly, clear communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation for the team's shuttle needs, including housing, worksite, and local trips.
• Organize and update shuttle schedules and driver availability in the scheduling app.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle checks and report issues.
• Monitor safety hazards and report concerns to grounds maintenance.
