Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Winter Area Manager to oversee field crews and service partners during active winter weather across a defined MA area. You will lead operations, ensure safety, and maintain documentation to meet the Level of Service.

Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work with multiple teams are essential for success. Responsibilities include coordinating storm responses, pre-season training, post-storm reporting, and liaising with branch leadership.

Qualifications

• Completion of JC Grounds Area Manager Training Program.
• Working smartphone.
• Valid driver’s license.
• MA Hoisting License 2A or ability to acquire.
• Experience in dynamic and active job sites with field crews and service partners.
• Excellent communication and follow-through skills.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and/or snow removal experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and be available for all winter events.
• Safely operate your vehicle.
• Coordinate completion of the Scope of Work according to the Level of Service.
• Participate in pre-season crew training events.
• Complete all required training.
• Attend pre-storm and post-storm meetings.
• Communicate with operators, subcontractors, and staff regarding storm expectations and dispatch accordingly.
• Effectively manage operators and service partners throughout your portfolio.
• Maintain the SET list and document all site visits and services in SiteFotos.
• Work with on-site operators, shovel crews, site supervisors, and other Area Managers.
• Complete all post-storm paperwork and submit to Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager.
• Report damages to property, equipment, or injuries immediately.
