Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking energetic Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at our Colorado stores. You’ll engage with customers, share product knowledge, and assist with merchandising, curbside pickup, and deliveries as needed.

We value 21+ age requirement, ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends. Seasonal positions are common, with a potential for transition to non-seasonal roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized service to drive sales and build relationships.
• Maximize inventory and support merchandising, displays, and signage; fulfill orders and assist curbside pickup/delivery as needed.
• Learn and apply wine, spirits, and beer product knowledge and keep up with promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
