Total Wine & More is hiring Seasonal Store Team Members in the United States. You will assist customers, drive sales, stock shelves, and support curbside pickup and delivery where needed. The role includes training on wine, spirits, and beer, plus participation in promotions and loyalty programs.

Qualificações

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• 1-3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, and support digital orders.
• Deliver personalized service by greeting customers and guiding product choices.
• Participate in wine, spirits and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, loyalty programs and store policies.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
• Follow all laws related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
