Job summary

Total Wine & More in the United States is seeking store team members for seasonal roles. You will merchandise, assist customers, fulfill online orders, and support curbside pickup and delivery where needed. Staff are referred to internally as Merchandisers and work under store management.

You will gain product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training, handle displays, and participate in promotions while delivering excellent service. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
