Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks a Service Team Member for seasonal work in our Miami-area stores. You will greet customers, drive sales, and provide product advice while handling stocking, displays, and pickup/delivery duties as needed.

Must be 21+. 1–3 years retail preferred, familiarity with POS systems and inventory software is a plus. Benefits include PTO, health plans, 401(k), and more, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience in retail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and process freight.
• Organize, distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage.
• Support digital orders and curbside pickup/delivery services.
• Assist with in-store operations and seasonal duties.
