Qualifications

• Experience in sales, merchandising, hospitality, beverage distribution, or related field preferred.
• Passion for wine and interest in beverage industry.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency with mobile applications for reporting and communication.
• Must be at least 25 years of age (For Auto Insurance Coverage Reasons).
• Safety – adheres to quality standards and safety rules.
• Technical aptitude – comfortable with tools, hardware, software, and equipment.
• Detail oriented – ensures compliance with specifications.
• Organization – maintains a clean, orderly work area and reports equipment or material issues.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; can work with little direction.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising & Brand Execution: drive merchandising at store level in grocery chains; assist with product placements and seasonal initiatives; develop displays and ensure proper pricing and POS materials.
• Inventory & Delivery Support: assist with order verification and coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams; ensure proper placement after deliveries.
• Administrative Responsibilities: complete daily activity reports and use company systems for reporting and order management; maintain compliance with policies and alcohol regulations.
