Trinchero Family Estates is seeking a Seasonal Bar Support to assist in running the bar, restocking inventory, and keeping the area organized for efficient guest service.

The role focuses on presenting wine at peak quality, with 75% bar duties and 25% stock management, requiring weekend availability through October and a physically active schedule that includes lifting and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Highly organized, accurate and detail oriented.
• Basic math skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as necessary.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes (40-50 lbs) repeatedly.
• Position entails excessive standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• 75% Bar: maintain bar inventory sheets and keep them up to date; monitor and organize bar refrigerators; keep bar clean; stock bar and service items; buff glassware; bus tables; some food handling; provide general support as requested.
• 25% Inventory Restock: organize wine and non-wine items; operate forklift to move items; receive deliveries and document transfers; manage storage due to limited space.
