Responsibilities

• Deliver Best of the WEST customer service by greeting customers and engaging with them throughout their shopping experience.
• Build customer relationships by identifying needs, recommending products, and providing knowledgeable service.
• Use effective selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and current Western/workwear trends.
• Assist customers with product selection, special orders, and locating merchandise.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and completing housekeeping tasks.
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, signed, stocked, and located according to company standards.
• Remain attentive to store safety and report concerns to management.
• Report to work on time and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with merchandising updates, price changes, inventory projects, and other store tasks.
• Any other duties as assigned.
