Cavender's in Texas is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver Best of the WEST customer service and help customers find products that meet their needs. You will greet customers, build relationships, and use effective selling techniques while supporting store operations and maintaining a clean, organized floor.

Responsibilities include assisting with merchandising, price changes, inventory tasks, and ensuring a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to effectively sell merchandise while achieving individual and store goals.
• Ability to regularly lift, move, and position merchandise.
• Ability to safely use store equipment (handheld devices, step stools, dollies) per company policies.

• Support store operations, merchandising updates, price changes, inventory tasks, and other duties as assigned.
• Ensure safety and report any concerns promptly to management.
