Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness in Los Angeles is seeking a Seasonal Team Member for our Westfield Century City location. In this role you’ll deliver the Saje Experience, assist customers with product demos, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to support wellness journeys.

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll upsell where appropriate, maintain a clean store environment, and participate in morning/evening shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service and product knowledge to guide wellness choices.
• Strong communication and empathy to connect with Community Members.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Saje Experience through demos and education, guiding customers in their wellness journey.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and build baskets to support health routines.
• Maintain a positive store environment and support team goals and KPIs.
