Job summary

River Valley Co-op in Northampton, MA is seeking a Wellness Team Member for a seasonal, part-time role. You will keep displays stocked in the wellness and general merchandise areas, assist with receiving and inventory, and deliver friendly customer service to shoppers.

Responsibilities include stocking, order fulfillment, and following safety and quality procedures. The position reports to the Wellness Assistant Manager and requires open availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Friendly, motivated, self-driven, and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
• Comfort and experience entering data into computer programs; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform simple arithmetic and prioritize multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and communicate clearly in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Stock displays fully and rotate stock to avoid overcrowding.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, check counts, and note damages.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service in wellness and other departments.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and department areas; follow cleaning checklists.
• Attend department and storewide meetings and participate in forecasting and training tasks.
