Job summary

Duluth Trading Company is seeking a seasonal fulfillment associate at our Adairsville facility near Atlanta, GA. You will move materials through the fulfillment center using RF equipment to restock and receive products, while supporting replenishment and returns processing to maintain smooth order flow.

The role requires accuracy, the ability to prioritize work, and a readiness to assist across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of experience is expected; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Move material using RF equipment to restock bins and replenish from staging areas.
• Monitor and replenish from primary overflows.
• Put away returns and receipts from vendors using RF equipment.
• Crush cardboard as needed.
• Assist in all functional areas to meet customer and budget goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
