Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Warehouse Merchandise Process Coordinator to train Merchandise Processors and Recycling Processors in one of our distribution centers. The role includes onboarding new hires, ongoing training, and execution of daily warehouse tasks.

You will oversee comprehensive training plans, identify gaps, and work with leaders to drive continuous improvement. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing/sitting for long periods, and passing necessary certifications.

Qualifications

• 6 months of leadership and distribution experience.
• 6 months of training experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Train Merchandise Processors and Recycling Processors in distribution centers and onboarding new hires.
• Oversee training plans and upskill existing employees.
• Identify training gaps and collaborate to implement solutions.
• Track training effectiveness and provide real-time feedback.
• Inspect warehouse operations and ensure SOP adherence.
• Lead start-up meetings and support day-to-day warehouse functions.
• Provide guidance on workflows and answer operational questions.
• Meet certification and driving requirements for equipment operation.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication.
