UPS is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance. You will supervise, train, develop, and hold workgroups accountable, ensuring high standards for accuracy and efficiency across all operations.

Lead by example with proactive coaching, maintain strong relationships with staff and management, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with safety policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
