UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead warehouse teams, ensuring safety, productivity and attendance targets are met. You will train staff, manage resources, and foster a collaborative, safety-conscious work culture across shifts.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs, and flexibility to work up to 5 days per week. Prior management experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, train, develop workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintain high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation and safety.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Provide coaching and personal development plans to support ongoing growth of department personnel.
