Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance across workgroups. You will set high standards for productivity, accuracy, service, organization and cooperation, while fostering strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.

The role focuses on developing teams, delivering effective training, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.

• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
