UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance in a dynamic warehouse environment. You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups while maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service.

The role requires lifting capability, flexible hours, strong communication, and prior management experience. A Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is preferred, with familiarity in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, operating in full compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team‑oriented work environment with proactive communication and continuous improvement.
• Implements employee development plans to ensure ongoing professional growth.
• Ensures orientation, training, materials, and evaluations for department personnel.
