Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and work in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, across teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures, complying with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team‑oriented work environment with proactive communication and collaboration.
• Implements employee development plans to support ongoing professional growth.
• Provides orientation, skills and safety training, materials, and regular evaluations to staff.
