UPS is seeking a supervisory leader to oversee safety, production and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will train staff, manage resources for accuracy and efficiency, and foster a collaborative, quality-focused team culture.

The role emphasizes developing personnel, enforcing safety policies, and building strong relationships with employees, management, and customers to sustain performance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, in compliance with requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and collaboration.
• Implements personal development plans to ensure growth of department personnel.
• Provides orientation and ongoing training to employees to support development.
