Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasonal supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance within a warehouse setting. You will lead workgroups, train staff, and ensure high standards of accuracy, customer service, and efficiency.

The role emphasizes proactive coaching, development planning, and cross-functional collaboration across levels of the organization, with a focus on continuous improvement and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures and comply with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment and continual improvement.
• Implement employee development plans to support growth.
• Provide orientation and ongoing training, materials, and evaluations for department personnel.
• Ensure safety policies are followed at all times.
