Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Flexible availability for shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, in compliance with requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
