Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times, compliant with regulations.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and continual improvement.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Provides orientation, training, and evaluations for employees.
