Job summary

UPS Windsor Locks, CT seeks a skilled supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance across a warehouse team. This seasonal role focuses on high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety while developing staff.

You’ll train staff, manage resources for efficiency, and foster a positive, team‑oriented culture with proactive communication. Prior management experience is preferred; a bachelor’s degree is optional.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 70 lbs./32 kg as part of daily duties.
• Flexible shift availability, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
