Zusammenfassung

UPS is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance, supervising, training, and developing workgroups. The role sets high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.

This position provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week and varied shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures that all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
